In our one-to-one confidential consultation, we avoid fad diets and shakes by following a six step science based approach that builds a tailored healthy eating plan. Over a period of six weeks, we update and modify the diets of our clients, helping them to achieve their targets through weekly confidential consultations. In our first consultation we provide:

 Waist to hip ratio 
 Ideal weight calculation

 Motivation, counselling and support.

We will provide a detox programme that cleanses the body from toxins, provides energy and helps the body feel revitalised and ready for a tailored diet. 
 
Plan a new and effective diet…
Having explored the client’s current diet & lifestyle habits we will introduce foods that are tailored according to their glycaemic index and pH balance, with an appropriate calorie content and set at suitable portions & frequency. 
 
Tailor your diet to specific needs…
Everyone has their own dietary needs hence our diets will be tailored by catering for food sensitivities, allergies and intolerances, for vegetarians & religious diets and health conditions. 
 
Increase your metabolism…
Everyone has their own metabolic rate, which we can help to boost by first measuring the body’s metabolic rate, identifying which foods slow it down,  in addition to providing 9 tips to increase metabolism and developing a tailored exercise regime. 
 
Incorporate new lifestyle habits…
Successful weight loss is often driven by lifestyle changes; we can help with providing practical tips on shopping, cooking and eating out, in addition to psychological tips to help clients change their eating behaviour and deal with binges and cravings. 
 
Provide tools to understand nutrition…
We will provide tools to help understand nutrition, such as guidance on interpreting food labels, advice on marketing terminology such as low fat, light & no added sugar, as well as the knowledge of ingredients such as E-Numbers. 
 
Supermarket food labelling tour
The client also has the option to sign up for a one-to-one tour of the supermarket with the dietician to go isle by isle and discuss food labelling terminology as well as gain a detailed understanding of each food category.
 
Food sign-posting
The client also has the option to sign up for a home visit by the dietician to visit their house and analyse in detail all the foods held in the cupboard and the fridge. Each food will be labelled based on nutritional value and detailed advice will be given on consumption and future shopping.
